In Trauma-Informed Individual Therapy, I meet with you once a week to create a safe and supportive space where you can process your trauma and begin your healing journey. I specialize in using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to address the deep emotional impact of trauma. My approach is grounded in compassion and respect for your unique experience, ensuring that therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering for you.
I work closely with clients over an initial 8-12 week period, depending on your needs, to assess your progress and determine the best course moving forward. We will focus on building resilience, emotional regulation, and healthier coping strategies, helping you reconnect with your sense of safety and well-being.
Fee: Trauma-informed therapy sessions are $120 per hour. I also offer a sliding scale fee for those who may need financial support.
